Welcome to Onix Peptide LLC (“Onix Peptide,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Alabama, United States, with its principal place of business at 236 Smoke Rise Trail, Warrior, AL 35180, United States. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website onixpeptide.com and the purchase of products from Onix Peptide. By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

1. Nature of Products – Research Use Only
All products sold by Onix Peptide are research-grade laboratory reference standards intended strictly for:
- Laboratory research
- In-vitro research
- Analytical testing
- Scientific study

NOT FOR DIAGNOSTIC OR THERAPEUTIC USE.
NOT FOR VETERINARY OR CLINICAL APPLICATION.
Products are not drugs, dietary supplements, cosmetics, food products, or medical treatments under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (FD&C Act) and have not been evaluated or approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA).
By purchasing, you represent and warrant that:
- You are at least 21 years of age and of legal age to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction.
- You are a qualified scientific researcher, laboratory professional, or affiliated with a research institution.
- You understand the products are sold strictly for in vitro laboratory research use only.
- You will not use the products for human ingestion, injection, topical application, inhalation, or any form of administration to humans or animals.
- You will not resell, re-label, or redistribute products without prior written authorization from Onix Peptide.
- You are legally permitted to purchase such materials in your jurisdiction.
2. Compliance with U.S. Law

3. Order Acceptance & Right to Refuse
All orders are subject to:

- Cancel suspicious orders
- Limit quantities
- Request additional verification, including proof of research affiliation
We may cancel orders suspected of misuse, resale without authorization, or regulatory non-compliance.
4. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes will be calculated at checkout based on your shipping destination.
We reserve the right to:
- Modify pricing without notice
- Correct typographical errors
- Cancel orders placed under incorrect pricing
Accepted payment methods are displayed at checkout. Orders are not processed until payment is confirmed. Payment information is processed by secure third-party processors; Onix Peptide does not store full payment-card data.
5. Laboratory Standards & Disclaimer of Warranties
Onix Peptide provides products “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.”
We disclaim:
- Implied warranties of merchantability
- Fitness for a particular purpose
- Non-infringement
We do not guarantee:
- Research outcomes
- Stability beyond stated storage conditions
- Compatibility with specific experimental models
All research materials carry inherent risks. Proper laboratory handling, storage, and disposal is the purchaser’s responsibility.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted under U.S. law, Onix Peptide shall not be liable for:
- Indirect damages
- Consequential damages
- Incidental losses
- Experimental failure
- Personal injury arising from misuse
Our maximum aggregate liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.
7. Intellectual Property

- Branding
- Certificates
- Lab documentation

are the property of Onix Peptide LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, or redistributed without prior written authorization.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Onix Peptide LLC, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or legal expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) resulting from misuse of products, regulatory violation, breach of these Terms, or improper application of products.
9. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account or refuse future orders at our sole discretion, without prior notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, attempted to misuse our products, engaged in fraudulent activity, or otherwise acted contrary to applicable law. Termination does not relieve you of obligations accrued prior to termination.
10. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your purchase shall first be addressed through good-faith informal negotiation by contacting us at support@onixpeptide.com.
If the dispute is not resolved within thirty (30) days, it shall be finally resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, conducted in Jefferson County, Alabama, in the English language. The arbitrator’s award shall be final and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.
Class-action waiver: You agree that disputes must be brought in your individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, collective, or representative proceeding.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Alabama, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Subject to the arbitration clause above, the state and federal courts located in Jefferson County, Alabama shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes not subject to arbitration.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last Updated” date at the top of this page will reflect any revisions. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
