At Onix Peptide LLC, headquartered at 236 Smoke Rise Trail, Warrior, AL 35180, United States, we aim to process and deliver your orders efficiently and securely. This Shipping Policy explains our processing timelines, shipping methods, rates, tracking, and country availability.

1. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.

Order cutoff: Orders placed before 2:00 PM CST on a business day are typically picked the same day; orders placed after the cutoff are processed the next business day.
Weekend & holiday orders: Processed on the next business day.
High-risk or flagged orders: May require manual verification, which can add 24–72 hours.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

2. Shipping Methods, Rates & Delivery Estimates

We ship via reputable carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Final carrier selection is determined by destination, weight, and service level.

Domestic United States:

Standard Shipping: 2–7 business days — flat rate $9.95 USD

All delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, customs inspections, or weather events may extend delivery times. Title and risk of loss pass to the customer upon delivery to the carrier (F.O.B. Origin).

3. Order Tracking

A tracking number is provided by email once your order ships. You can track your order at any time via the carrier’s website. If you do not receive a tracking number within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact support@onixpeptide.com.

4. Signature Requirement on Delivery

For orders valued at $300.00 USD or more, an adult signature is required at delivery. This protects both you and Onix Peptide from package theft or misdelivery. Customers may also request signature confirmation on smaller orders at checkout for an additional fee.

5. Discreet & Secure Packaging

All research materials are packaged in plain, unbranded outer packaging to preserve:

Stability (temperature-controlled where required)
Sterility (where applicable)
Structural integrity
Customer privacy

Products requiring cold-chain shipping include gel packs or insulated mailers as needed.

6. Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Address-change requests can be submitted by emailing support@onixpeptide.com before your order is dispatched. Once an order has been handed to the carrier, address changes may incur a reroute fee charged by the carrier, and we cannot guarantee successful rerouting.

7. Lost, Stolen, or Returned Packages

Onix Peptide is not responsible for:

Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer
Packages stolen after the carrier has confirmed delivery
Carrier delays, weather events, or force majeure
Packages returned to sender due to refused delivery, unclaimed parcels, or invalid addresses

If tracking confirms delivery, responsibility transfers to the customer. For lost-package claims, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date so we can open a carrier investigation. For damaged-in-transit claims, see our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Packages returned to sender may be re-shipped at the customer’s expense or refunded minus the original shipping cost and a restocking fee, at our discretion.
